The Port of Houston Authority provides Web posting of port commission meeting notices to better serve the public. Official notices of Port Commission meetings can be viewed at the entrance bulletin board located at the PHA Executive Office Building, 111 East Loop North, Houston, TX 77029, and on the third floor of the Harris County Courthouse, 201 Caroline.

The Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority has adopted a formal Public Comment Protocol for its public meetings. A copy of that protocol can be read by clicking here.
