Tariffs Nos. 8, 14 and 15 reissued, effective January 1, 2012
The Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority has approved tariff revisions, effective January 1, 2012. Although there was not a general rate increase for 2012, the security fee and harbor fee, as well as water charges for Jacintoport and Care Terminals did increase.

Previously published
tariffs will be retained for a period of five years
in accordance with FMC regulations, and will be made
available upon request. Please email your request, the
tariff number and the effective dates you are interested
