Please be advised that Port of Houston Authority staff will recommend amendments to Port of Houston Authority Tariffs Nos. 8, 14, and 15, for consideration and possible action by the Port Commission at its regular meeting on December 11, 2012.
Included in this recommendation is an approximate 3% increase in most rates established by each of these tariffs, as well as increases in rates for certain security fees, as established by the Gulf Seaports Marine Terminal Conference.
If approved, the new rates will take effect on January 1, 2013.
