Administrative
Manager
This position
reports to the Vice President of Public Affairs.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
•
Supervise
the administrative staff and provide administrative
support for the Public Affairs Division.
•
Management and coordination
of day-to-day administrative workflow
of division.
•
Prepare, analyze and
monitor the division budget and related
financial statistical data to produce
relevant reports for division management.
•
Coordinate and participate

Manager

This
position reports to the Vice President

skills, including proven ability

Equipment Maintenance Superintendent
This
position reports to the Assistant
Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
•
Bachelor
of Science degree in Engineering
from an accredited university in
Mechanical, Electrical or Marine
Engineering is desired or a minimum
of five (5) years experience in
the management of maintenance, repair
and/or assembly of equipment used
specifically in a large container
terminal operation.
•
Must have a minimum
of five (5) years experience as
a superintendent in a maintenance
environment.
•
Minimum of five
(5) years experience in port operations
and maintenance is desired.
•
Must have experience
in the electrical and/or mechanical
maintenance of cranes and other
heavy equipment.
•
Must have established
knowledge of preventive maintenance
and repair practices and procedures.
•
Must be proficient
in the use of personal computer
including spreadsheet, database
and word processing programs.
•
Must have a
proven background in the supervision
and management of a large workforce
of skilled craftsman.

Foreman
This
position reports to the Senior Director,
Central Maintenance.
Requirements:

Must
have a high school diploma.

years experience in all phases of maintenance
and repairs to industrial facilities.

C.D.L.
•
Must have a thorough
knowledge of equipment maintenance,
welding, fabricating, road work, concrete
work, cables and hydraulics.

A general knowledge
of carpentry, plumbing, cranes and electrical
desired.

Must have a good
knowledge of safety precautions necessary
to deal with occupational hazards.
•
Must have ability
to supervise and communicate effectively

Mentoring Program
Manager
This
position reports
to the Director
of Small Business.
Requirements:

management. Registered
Professional Engineer
in the State of
Texas preferred.
