Truck drivers and all port users are required to have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in order to enter port property. The card is mandated by federal law and the program is administered by two federal agencies that are part of the Department of Homeland Security, namely the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
Begin the TWIC enrollment process online here.
The Port Authority’s online information system that tracks vessel arrivals and container movements is called WebAccess. In order to register and begin using the system, please contact Amy West at 281-291-6072 or email awest@poha.com.
