Channel Depth: 40 feet (12.19 m) at mean low tide. Future design for 45 feet.
Berths/Vessel Accommodations: 6,000 feet of continuous quay.
Cranes: 4 Post Panamax (16 wide), 5 Panamax (13 wide). Future plans for Super Post Panamax

Container Yard: 230 acres pave marshalling area with 27,681 TEU's of grounded space, grounded RTG operation with 2,702 wheeled slots for reefer and OOG cargo, 392 reefer slots.
RTG Fleet: 36 RTGs
Gate: Automated gate system, 14 inbound and 12 outbound lanes; Optical Character Recognition at out-gate; access to all major freeways.
Rail: On-site 42-acre rail ramp with 4 working tracks, 5 storage tracks and 900 parking spaces
Tariff: Port of Houston Authority Tariff 14.
