The proposal is not corrupt. You need to save
the document to your computer then open to read

You may need to update your NAICS code in your
profile. We have listed NAICS codes by each item
listed on the bid and proposal notices link. In
VIS, go to “update vendor profile and NAICS
codes.” When you have updated your profile,
refresh your computer and the bid and proposal will
be listed. |

of all companies that downloaded the proposal. |
