PHA hosts monthly business networking sessions from
4:30 to 6 p.m. in the PHA executive building, 111 East
Loop North.
You may network with PHA staff plus
meet project managers. You also can meet with prime
contractors and sub-contractors.

register
online.
The following requests for bids, proposals, qualifications
and competitive sealed proposals have recently been
approved by the Port of Houston Authority Commission.
Specifications and information packages can be downloaded
from the Vendor
Information System.
If you are Not a user of the Port
of Houston Vendor Information System (VIS), Register
now!
When registration
is completed, your e-mail will receive a confirmation
with password. Go back into the system, enter your e-mail
address and password to allow you to enter your prices
online on the informal request or download the proposal
as the case may be. PLEASE make sure that YOUR COMPANY
profile has the correct NAICS codes.
Specifications and information packages may also
be picked up from the Port Authority purchasing manager's
office at 111 East Loop North (Exit 29), Houston, Texas
77029.
If you attend a pre-proposal conference, please first
download the proposal package and bring the documentation
with you to that meeting.

the document to your computer then open to read

You may need to update your NAICS code in your
profile. We have listed NAICS codes by each item

VIS, go to “update vendor profile and NAICS
codes.” When you have updated your profile,
refresh your computer and the bid and proposal will
be listed. |
