The Port of Houston Authority understands the many faces of business and looks to the Trade Development Division and the Small Business Development Division to support business as it relates to the Port.

Trade Development Division provides the catalyst of bringing new business to the Port of Houston Authority. Trade Development is focused on the customer, and is responsible for maintaining relationships with the consuls representing the many countries with which the Port conducts business. The division is responsible for managing the administration and growth of the port’s Foreign Trade Zone.
